Rounds Home Improve-

ment LLC has been a family-

owned and -operated business

since the very beginning. The

company was started in April

of 2012, with only husband-

and-wife-team Adam and Tif-

fany Rounds working on-site

and in the office.

“Since 2012, we have dou-

bled our business each year,

employing a foreman, car-

penters, laborers, and office

personnel,” the couple said.

Currently, the company

has six to ten staff members

depending on the season. For

2016 the company is looking

to expand its crew once again.

“Our goal is to have 10

employees who work all four

seasons and five seasonal

employees by the summer of

2017,” Adam said

“We take pride in our work

through business and com-

munity, but especially through

our young growing family,”

Tiffany said.

The couple’s three children

are Lily (5), Leland (4), and

Lakin (22 months old).

“As a family unit, we work

together,” the couple said.

“Our children from birth have

been a part of our business.

From the decisions we make

to having them on the job site,

they are as much a part and

involved as we are. If you see

us, you will more than likely

see them”

At Rounds Home Improve-

ment, the concept of family is

part of the work ethic.

“It is important to us to treat

our customers, employees,

and business partners like

family,” Tiffany said. “I feel as
