Winter Storm Warning issued December 19 at 9:36PM EST until December 22 at 7:00PM EST by NWS

The National Weather Service has issued the following alert:

...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM FRIDAY TO 7 PM EST
SATURDAY...
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PITTSBURGH HAS ISSUED A WINTER
STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT
FROM 11 AM FRIDAY TO 7 PM EST SATURDAY. THE WINTER STORM WATCH IS
NO LONGER IN EFFECT.
* HAZARD TYPES...HEAVY SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.
* ACCUMULATIONS...8 TO 14 INCHES OF SNOW.
* TIMING...FRIDAY INTO SATURDAY.
* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS WILL CAUSE BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF SNOW
AND NEAR BLIZZARD CONDITIONS.
* WINDS...WEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH.
* VISIBILITIES...LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE AT TIMES IN SNOW AND
BLOWING SNOW.
