Winter Storm Warning issued December 21 at 10:09AM EST until December 22 at 7:00PM EST by NWS

The National Weather Service has issued the following alert:

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST
SATURDAY...
* HAZARD TYPES...HEAVY SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.
* ACCUMULATIONS...10 TO 18 INCHES OF SNOW WITH LOCALIZED HIGHER
AMOUNTS IN THE HIGHEST ELEVATIONS.
* TIMING...SNOW WILL INCREASE IN INTENSITY THIS AFTERNOON AND
TONIGHT.
* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS WILL CAUSE BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF SNOW
AND NEAR BLIZZARD CONDITIONS AT TIMES. IN ADDITION...SOME
STRONGER GUSTS COULD BRING DOWN TREES AND LIMBS.
* WINDS...WEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH.
* TEMPERATURES...IN THE UPPER 20S.
* VISIBILITIES...LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE AT TIMES IN SNOW AND
BLOWING SNOW.
