Winter Storm Warning issued December 22 at 3:31AM EST until December 22 at 7:00PM EST by NWS

The National Weather Service has issued the following alert:

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST THIS
EVENING...
* HAZARD TYPES...HEAVY SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.
* ACCUMULATIONS...TOTAL ACCUMULATIONS OF 10 TO 18 INCHES...WITH
ISOLATED HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE IN THE HIGHEST RIDGES.
* TIMING...PERIODS OF HEAVY SNOW WILL CONTINUE THIS MORNING...WITH
LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON BEFORE BEGINNING
TO DIMINISH LATE IN THE DAY.
* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS WILL CAUSE BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF SNOW
AND NEAR-BLIZZARD CONDITIONS AT TIMES. IN ADDITION...SOME
STRONGER GUSTS COULD BRING DOWN TREES AND LIMBS.
* WINDS...WEST 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH.
* TEMPERATURES...IN THE LOWER 20S.
* VISIBILITIES...LESS THAN ONE-QUARTER MILE AT TIMES IN SNOW AND
BLOWING SNOW.
