The National Weather Service has issued the following alert:

...FREEZING RAIN ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT EST
TONIGHT...
...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY EVENING THROUGH LATE
WEDNESDAY NIGHT...
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PITTSBURGH HAS ISSUED A WINTER
STORM WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY EVENING THROUGH
LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
* HAZARD TYPE...FREEZING RAIN TODAY. FREEZING RAIN AND SNOW ON
WEDNESDAY.
* ICE ACCUMULATION...LESS THAN ONE-TENTH INCH THROUGH MIDNIGHT.
POTENTIAL ON WEDNESDAY AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT FOR AT LEAST ONE-
QUARTER INCH OF ICE.
* TIMING...FREEZING RAIN HAS BEEN REPOTED IN LOWER ELEVATIONS. IT
MAY MIX WITH SLEET AND SNOW AT TIMES INTO THE EVENING. FREEZING
DRIZZLE CAN BE EXPECTED OVERNIGHT. FREEZING RAIN IS EXPECTED
BEGINNING AFTER MIDNIGHT TUESDAY NIGHT AND MAY CONTINUE THROUGH
WEDNESDAY EVENING BEFORE CHANGING TO SNOW.
* IMPACTS...UNTREATED PAVEMENTS CAN BECOME ICY...MAKING WALKING OR
DRIVING HAZARDOUS...ESPECIALLY IN VALLEYS.
* TEMPERATURES...AROUND 30 DEGREES.
