Winter Weather Advisory issued December 28 at 3:54AM EST until December 29 at 3:00PM EST by NWS

The National Weather Service has issued the following alert:

...A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL BRING LIGHT SNOW TO THE AREA LATE
TONIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY AFTERNOON.
...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 3 PM EST
SATURDAY...
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PITTSBURGH HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 3 PM
EST SATURDAY.
* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW
* ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 5 INCHES OF SNOW.
* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW WILL OVERSPREAD THE AREA LATE TONIGHT WITH 1
TO 2 INCHES POSSIBLE BY DAWN. LIGHT SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO FALL
INTO THE AFTERNOON WITH AN ADDITIONAL 2 TO 3 INCHES POSSIBLE.
* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED DUE TO SNOW
COVERED ROADS.
* TEMPERATURES...IN THE MID TO UPPER 20S.
