Winter Storm Warning issued December 29 at 2:38PM EST until December 30 at 1:00PM EST by NWS

The National Weather Service has issued the following alert:

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM EST SUNDAY...
* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW
* ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 6 INCHES OF SNOW OVERNIGHT INTO SUNDAY MORNING...6
TO 10 INCHES STORM TOTAL.
* TIMING...LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE
AFTERNOON. A BREAK IN THE SNOW SHALL OCCUR DURING THE EVENING
HOURS...BEFORE IT PICKS BACK AFTER MIDNIGHT AND CONTINUES
THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING. THE PERIOD OF MOST INTENSE SNOW WILL BE
DURING THE PREDAWN HOURS OF SUNDAY.
* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED DUE TO
SLIPPERY SNOW COVERED ROADS AND REDUCED VISIBILITY.
* WINDS...WEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.
* VISIBILITIES...BELOW A HALF MILE DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS AND
SUNDAY MORNING.
* TEMPERATURES...IN THE MID 20S.
* LOCATIONS...GARRETT COUNTY MARYLAND...PRESTON AND TUCKER
COUNTY WEST VIRGINIA.
