Ice Storm Warning issued January 15 at 6:10PM EST until January 16 at 10:00AM EST by NWS

The National Weather Service has issued the following alert:

...ICE STORM WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST WEDNESDAY...
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PITTSBURGH HAS ISSUED AN ICE
STORM WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST WEDNESDAY. THE
WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.
* HAZARD TYPES...FREEZING RAIN...POSSIBLY BEGINNING AS A MIX WITH
SLEET AND SNOW.
* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...ONE QUARTER TO ONE HALF OF AN INCH OF ICE.
* SLEET AND SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...LESS THAN ONE INCH.
* TIMING...A WINTRY MIX OF FREEZING RAIN...SLEET...AND SNOW WILL
DEVELOP BEFORE 9 PM...AND CHANGE TO MOSTLY FREEZING RAIN THROUGH
THE NIGHT.
* LOCATIONS...ALL OF GARRETT COUNTY...AND PARTICULARLY THE EASTERN
HALF OF TUCKER COUNTY.
* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED DUE TO ICE
COVERED ROADS. POWER LINES MAY ALSO BE BROUGHT DOWN DUE TO ICE
ACCUMULATION.

AN ICE STORM WARNING MEANS THAT ICE ACCUMULATION WILL MAKE TRAVEL
DANGEROUS OR IMPOSSIBLE. ICE ACCUMULATION WILL LIKELY LEAD TO
SNAPPED POWER LINES AND FALLING TREE BRANCHES. TRAVEL IS
STRONGLY DISCOURAGED. REPORT ICE ACCUMULATION TO THE NATIONAL
