* TEMPERATURES...SINGLE DIGITS TO 5 BELOW ZERO THIS MORNING.
* WINDS...WEST AT 10 TO 15 MPH.
* IMPACTS...FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT
TAKEN.
A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WIND
