* FLOOD WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF WESTERN MARYLAND...PENNSYLVANIA
AND NORTHERN WEST VIRGINIA...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...
IN WESTERN MARYLAND...GARRETT. IN PENNSYLVANIA...FAYETTE...
FAYETTE RIDGES...GREENE...INDIANA...JEFFERSON PA...
WESTMORELAND AND WESTMORELAND RIDGES. IN NORTHERN WEST
VIRGINIA...MARION...MONONGALIA...PRESTON...TUCKER AND WETZEL.
* FROM 1 PM EST THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING
* MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN COMBINING WITH AN ALREADY SATURATED
GROUND...COULD CAUSE STREAMS AND CREEKS TO LEAVE THEIR BANKS. 1
TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE BY LATE THIS EVENING.

A FLOOD WATCH MEANS THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING BASED ON
CURRENT FORECASTS.
YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE ALERT FOR POSSIBLE
