* PORTIONS OF WESTERN MARYLAND...PENNSYLVANIA AND NORTHERN WEST
VIRGINIA...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN WESTERN
MARYLAND...GARRETT. IN PENNSYLVANIA...FAYETTE...FAYETTE
RIDGES...GREENE...INDIANA...JEFFERSON PA...WESTMORELAND AND
WESTMORELAND RIDGES. IN NORTHERN WEST VIRGINIA...MARION...
MONONGALIA...PRESTON...TUCKER AND WETZEL.
* THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING
* MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN COMBINING WITH AN ALREADY SATURATED
GROUND MAY CAUSE STREAMS AND CREEKS TO LEAVE THEIR BANKS. 1 TO
2 INCHES OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE BY LATE TONIGHT.

A FLOOD WATCH MEANS THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING BASED ON
CURRENT FORECASTS.
YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE ALERT FOR POSSIBLE
