The National Weather Service has issued the following alert:

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 1 PM EST
SUNDAY...
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PITTSBURGH HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 1 PM
EST SUNDAY.
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 4 INCHES...LOCALLY UP TO 5 INCHES IN
THE HIGHEST TERRAIN.
* SNOW BEGINNING...SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS WILL BECOME MORE
WIDESPREAD AFTER MIDNIGHT.
* PERIOD OF MOST INTENSE SNOW...A PERIOD OF MODERATE TO HEAVY
SNOW SHOWERS IS LIKELY FROM AROUND 4 AM THROUGH 11 AM.
* SNOW ENDING...SNOW WILL TAPER BACK TO SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS
SUNDAY AFTERNOON.
* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED DUE TO RAPID
SNOW ACCUMULATION AND SNOW COVERED ROADS.
* WINDS...NORTHWEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.
