Winter Weather Advisory issued February 20 at 12:21PM EST until February 21 at 1:00AM EST by NWS

The National Weather Service has issued the following alert:

...SNOW SHOWERS WILL BE HEAVY AT TIMES THROUGH EARLY TONIGHT...
...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EST THURSDAY...
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PITTSBURGH HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EST
THURSDAY.
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 4 INCHES WITH THE HIGHER AMOUNTS IN
THE HIGHEST ELEVATIONS.
* SNOW SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE TO BE HEAVY AT TIMES THROUGH THIS
AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
* SNOW ENDING...SNOW SHOWERS WILL DIMINISH AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT.
* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED DUE TO SNOW
COVERED ROADS. IN ADDITION BLOWING SNOW COULD REDUCE
VISIBILITIES AND CAUSE SNOW TO DRIFT OVER ROADS.
* WINDS...WEST 15 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW MEANS THAT SNOWFALL WILL CAUSE
TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR SNOW COVERED ROADS AND
