* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...ONE TENTH TO ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH WITH THE
HIGHEST AMOUNTS IN THE SHELTERED...ELEVATED VALLEYS.
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 6 INCHES.
* SNOW AND ICE BEGINNING...AROUND MIDNIGHT.
* PERIOD OF MOST INTENSE SNOW AND ICE...SNOW TONIGHT CHANGING TO
SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN TOMORROW MORNING.
* SNOW AND ICE ENDING...TOMORROW AFTERNOON FOR PRESTON COUNTY...
OTHERWISE AS DARKNESS APPROACHES TOMORROW EVENING.
* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED DUE TO
ACCUMULATION OF A WINTRY MIX OF SNOW...SLEET...AND ICE.
* WIND...SOUTHEAST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.
