FAYETTE RIDGES AND GREENE. IN WEST VIRGINIA...MARION...
MARSHALL... MONONGALIA...PRESTON...TUCKER AND WETZEL.

* START OF RAINFALL: LATE THIS EVENING.
* HEAVIEST RAINFALL: OVERNIGHT INTO THURSDAY MORNING.
* END OF RAINFALL: THURSDAY AFTERNOON.
* AMOUNT OF RAINFALL: 1 TO 2 INCHES...WITH LOCALLY UP TO 3 INCHES.
* IMPACTS: RAPID WATER RISES POSSIBLE ON ROADWAYS...STREAMS...
