* PORTIONS OF WESTERN MARYLAND...EAST CENTRAL OHIO...SOUTHWEST
PENNSYLVANIA AND WEST VIRGINIA...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING
AREAS...IN WESTERN MARYLAND...GARRETT. IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO...
BELMONT...GUERNSEY...MONROE...MUSKINGUM AND NOBLE. IN
SOUTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA...FAYETTE...FAYETTE RIDGES AND GREENE.
IN WEST VIRGINIA...MARION...MARSHALL...MONONGALIA...PRESTON...
TUCKER AND WETZEL.
* THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON
* START OF RAINFALL: BETWEEN NOW AND 11 PM IN OHIO...BY MIDNIGHT
IN MOST OTHER AREAS.
* HEAVIEST RAINFALL: OVERNIGHT INTO THURSDAY MORNING.
* END OF RAINFALL: THURSDAY AFTERNOON.
* IMPACTS: RAPID WATER RISES POSSIBLE ON ROADWAYS...STREAMS...
CREEKS...AND IN URBAN AREAS. THOSE IN POOR DRAINAGE OR POORLY
ENGINEERED DRAINAGE AREAS WILL BE IN PARTICULAR DANGER.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.
YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION
SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
