THE FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR
* PORTIONS OF WESTERN MARYLAND...PENNSYLVANIA AND NORTHERN WEST
VIRGINIA...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN WESTERN
MARYLAND...GARRETT. IN PENNSYLVANIA...ARMSTRONG...BUTLER...
CLARION...FAYETTE...FAYETTE RIDGES...FOREST...INDIANA...
JEFFERSON PA...LAWRENCE...MERCER...VENANGO...WESTMORELAND AND
WESTMORELAND RIDGES. IN NORTHERN WEST VIRGINIA...PRESTON AND
TUCKER.
* UNTIL 4 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON
* WIDESPREAD HEAVY RAIN IS POSSIBLE THIS MORNING AND INTO THIS
AFTERNOON. THE GROUND IS SATURATED FROM PREVIOUS RAIN AND MORE
MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN COULD CAUSE FLOODING.

A FLOOD WATCH MEANS THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING BASED ON
CURRENT FORECASTS.
YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE ALERT FOR POSSIBLE
FLOOD WARNINGS. THOSE LIVING IN AREAS PRONE TO FLOODING SHOULD BE
PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION SHOULD FLOODING DEVELOP.
