THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PITTSBURGH HAS ISSUED A
* FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF WESTERN MARYLAND...EAST
CENTRAL OHIO...PENNSYLVANIA AND WEST VIRGINIA...INCLUDING THE
FOLLOWING AREAS...IN WESTERN MARYLAND...GARRETT. IN EAST
CENTRAL OHIO...BELMONT...JEFFERSON OH...MONROE AND NOBLE. IN
PENNSYLVANIA...ALLEGHENY...ARMSTRONG...BEAVER...BUTLER...
CLARION...FAYETTE...FAYETTE RIDGES...GREENE...INDIANA...
JEFFERSON PA...WASHINGTON...WESTMORELAND AND WESTMORELAND
RIDGES. IN WEST VIRGINIA...BROOKE...HANCOCK...MARION...
MARSHALL...MONONGALIA...OHIO...PRESTON...TUCKER AND WETZEL.
* FROM SUNDAY MORNING THROUGH LATE SUNDAY NIGHT
* HEAVIER SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE FROM SOUTHWEST TO
NORTHEAST ACROSS THE WATCH AREA SUNDAY MORNING INTO SUNDAY
AFTERNOON.
* THE HEAVIEST RAIN IS LIKELY LATE SUNDAY MORNING IN THE OHIO
COUNTIES AND IN THE AFTERNOON OR EVENING ELSEWHERE.
* WHILE THE AREA WILL GENERALLY SEE ONE HALF TO THREE QUARTERS OF
AN INCH OF RAIN...AREAS WITH SUCCESSIVE THUNDERSTORM
DEVELOPMENT MAY SEE OVER 2 INCHES OF RAIN IN 3 HOURS.
* URBAN AREAS AND AREAS IMPACTED BY RECENT FLOODING WILL BE MOST
VULNERABLE TO ADDITIONAL FLASH FLOODING AND FLOODING PROBLEMS.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.
YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION
SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
