The National Weather Service has issued the following alert:

...FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY MORNING
THROUGH LATE SUNDAY NIGHT...
THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR
* PORTIONS OF WESTERN MARYLAND...EAST CENTRAL OHIO...
PENNSYLVANIA AND WEST VIRGINIA...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING
AREAS...IN WESTERN MARYLAND...GARRETT. IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO...
BELMONT...JEFFERSON OH...MONROE AND NOBLE. IN PENNSYLVANIA...
ALLEGHENY...ARMSTRONG...BEAVER...BUTLER...CLARION...FAYETTE...
FAYETTE RIDGES...GREENE...INDIANA...JEFFERSON PA...
WASHINGTON...WESTMORELAND AND WESTMORELAND RIDGES. IN WEST
VIRGINIA...BROOKE...HANCOCK...MARION...MARSHALL...MONONGALIA...
OHIO...PRESTON...TUCKER AND WETZEL.
* FROM SUNDAY MORNING THROUGH LATE SUNDAY NIGHT
* LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN AMOUNTS OF ONE TO THREE INCHES ARE POSSIBLE.
THESE AMOUNTS ARE SUFFICIENT TO CAUSE FLASH FLOODING IN URBAN
AREAS AND IN AREAS THAT HAVE RECEIVED HEAVY RAIN DURING THE PAST
COUPLE OF DAYS.
* THE BETTER CHANCE FOR FLASH FLOODING IS ANTICIPATED BY LATE
SUNDAY MORNING OVER EAST CENTRAL OHIO COUNTIES...AND IN THE
AFTERNOON AND EVENING OVER THE REMAINDER OF THE AREA.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING.
MONITOR FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION SHOULD FLASH FLOOD
OCCUR.
