MORNING...
THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR
* PORTIONS OF WESTERN MARYLAND AND NORTHERN WEST VIRGINIA...
INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN WESTERN MARYLAND...GARRETT.
IN NORTHERN WEST VIRGINIA...MARION...MONONGALIA...PRESTON...
TUCKER AND WETZEL.
* UNTIL 11 AM EDT THIS MORNING
* MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES TO FALL ACROSS NORTHERN WEST
VIRGININA AND WESTERN MARYLAND. THE LINE OF SHOWERS IS MOVING
SLOWLY TO THE EAST...MOVING ACROSS THE SAME AREA. RAINFALL OF 2
TO 2.5 INCHES IN LESS THAN 3 HOURS COULD LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.
YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION
SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
