THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS NOW IN EFFECT FOR
* PORTIONS OF WESTERN MARYLAND AND NORTHERN WEST VIRGINIA...
INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN WESTERN MARYLAND...GARRETT.
IN NORTHERN WEST VIRGINIA...MARION...MONONGALIA...PRESTON AND
TUCKER.
* UNTIL 10 AM EDT THIS MORNING
* A STEADY LIGHT RAIN RAIN CONTINUES TO FALL ACROSS NORTHERN WEST
VIRGINIA AND WESTERN MARYLAND. THE HEAVY RAIN HAS MOVED EAST...
HOWEVER ADDITIONAL RAINFALL MAY STILL CAUSE LOCALIZED FLOODING.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.
YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION
SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
