Winter Storm Warning issued November 25 at 10:19PM EST until November 28 at 4:00AM EST by NWS

The National Weather Service has issued the following alert:

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 AM TUESDAY TO
4 AM EST THURSDAY...
* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...AROUND ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH.
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 8 INCHES.
* SNOW BEGINNING...LIGHT SNOW AND SLEET WILL BEGIN EARLY TUESDAY
MORNING.
* PERIOD OF POSSIBLE TRANSITION...SNOW AND SLEET WILL LIKELY
CHANGE TO FREEZING RAIN TUESDAY MORNING. FREEZING RAIN AND
RAIN WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE DAY AND INTO THE EVENING
TUESDAY. ALL PRECIPITATION WILL CHANGE BACK TO SNOW TUESDAY
AFTER MIDNIGHT.
* PERIOD OF MOST INTENSE ICING...TUESDAY LATE MORNING.
* PERIOD OF MOST INTENSE SNOW...EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING THROUGH
WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
* SNOW ENDING...SNOW WILL TAPER OFF ON THURSDAY MORNING.
* IMPACTS...TREACHEROUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED DUE TO A
WINTRY MIX OF SNOW SLEET AND ICE. THE WEIGHT OF THE SNOW AND
ICE ACCUMULATIONS COULD KNOCK DOWN SOME TREE LIMBS AND POWER
LINES.
