Winter Storm Warning issued November 26 at 7:56AM EST until November 28 at 4:00AM EST by NWS

The National Weather Service has issued the following alert:

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EST
THURSDAY...
* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...AROUND ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH.
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 6 INCHES.
* SNOW BEGINNING...LIGHT SNOW AND SLEET WILL BEGIN EARLY THIS
MORNING.
* PERIOD OF POSSIBLE TRANSITION...SNOW AND SLEET WILL LIKELY
CHANGE TO FREEZING RAIN THIS MORNING. FREEZING RAIN AND RAIN
WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE DAY AND INTO THE EVENING. ALL
PRECIPITATION WILL CHANGE BACK TO SNOW OVERNIGHT.
* PERIOD OF MOST INTENSE ICING...THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
* PERIOD OF MOST INTENSE SNOW...EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING THROUGH
WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
* SNOW ENDING...SNOW WILL TAPER OFF ON THURSDAY MORNING.
* IMPACTS...TREACHEROUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED DUE TO A
WINTRY MIX OF SNOW...SLEET...AND ICE. THE WEIGHT OF THE SNOW
AND ICE ACCUMULATIONS COULD KNOCK DOWN SOME TREE LIMBS AND
POWER LINES.

A WINTER STORM WARNING MEANS THAT SNOW...SLEET...OR ICE WILL MAKE
TRAVEL HAZARDOUS OR IMPOSSIBLE. REPORT SNOW OR ICE ACCUMULATION
