TO NOON EST FRIDAY...
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 5 INCHES.
* SNOW BEGINNING...9 AM TO 11 AM.
* PERIOD OF MOST INTENSE SNOW...2 PM TO 11 PM.
* SNOW ENDING...FRIDAY MORNING.
* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED DUE TO SNOW
COVERED ROADS AND REDUCED VISIBILITY DUE TO BLOWING SNOW
TONIGHT.
* WINDS...NORTHWEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.
* WIND CHILL...AS LOW AS 19 BELOW DUE TO TEMPERATURES AROUND ZERO
TO SINGLE DIGITS LATER THIS EVENING...AND WINDS NORTHWEST 10 TO
20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.
* TIMING...LATE THURSDAY EVENING INTO FRIDAY MORNING.
* IMPACTS...FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE POSSIBLE IF
PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.
