MORNING...
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 6 INCHES.
* PERIOD OF MOST INTENSE SNOW...THROUGH 3 AM.
* SNOW ENDING...FRIDAY MORNING.
* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED DUE TO SNOW
COVERED ROADS AND REDUCED VISIBILITY DUE TO BLOWING SNOW
TONIGHT.
* WINDS...NORTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH.
* WIND CHILL...AS LOW AS 20 BELOW DUE TO TEMPERATURES 2 TO 16
ABOVE...AND WINDS NORTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 50
MPH.
* TIMING...INTO FRIDAY MORNING.
* IMPACTS...FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE POSSIBLE IF
PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.
