The National Weather Service has issued the following alert:

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 4 PM EST
MONDAY...
...WIND CHILL WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM MONDAY TO 10 AM
EST WEDNESDAY...
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PITTSBURGH HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR LIGHT SNOW AND A FLASH FREEZE...IN EFFECT
FROM 1 AM TO 4 PM EST MONDAY.
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 3 INCHES.
* PRECIPITATION TIMING...RAIN THIS EVENING WILL TRANSITION TO SNOW
LATE TONIGHT.
* TEMPERATURE TIMING...TEMPERATURES WILL DROP QUICKLY AFTER 1 AM.
A FLASH FREEZE OF WET SURFACES IS EXPECTED.
* TEMPERATURES...HIGHS MONDAY MORNING IN THE LOWER 20S. LOWS
MONDAY NIGHT 10 TO 20 BELOW ZERO. HIGHS TUESDAY OF 1 TO 3 BELOW
ZERO. LOWS TUESDAY NIGHT OF 3 TO 8 BELOW ZERO.
* WINDS...WEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH.
* WIND CHILL...AS LOW AS 25 TO 45 BELOW ZERO.
* IMPACTS...FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE POSSIBLE IF PRECAUTIONS
ARE NOT TAKEN. ICY SURFACES WILL LEAD TO POOR DRIVING CONDITIONS.

A WIND CHILL WARNING MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WIND
WILL PRODUCE DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILL VALUES. THIS WILL RESULT
IN FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. DO
NOT VENTURE OUTDOORS UNLESS YOU ARE PROPERLY DRESSED FOR THE
CONDITIONS.
