The National Weather Service has issued the following alert:

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 4 PM
EST MONDAY...
...WIND CHILL WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM MONDAY TO 10 AM
EST WEDNESDAY...
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...1 TO 3 INCHES.
* PRECIPITATION TIMING...RAIN WILL TRANSITION TO SNOW AFTER 2 AM.
* TEMPERATURE TIMING...TEMPERATURES WILL FALL BELOW FREEZING AFTER
3 AM...AND ARE EXPECTED TO BE IN THE UPPER TEENS TO LOWER 20S
BY DAYBREAK. A FLASH FREEZE OF WET SURFACES IS ANTICIPATED.
* WIND CHILL...WIND CHILL INDICES WILL DECLINE THROUGH MONDAY WITH
READINGS OF 20 TO 25 BELOW ZERO BY NIGHTFALL. TUESDAY MORNING
LOW TEMPERATURES NEAR 15 BELOW ZERO...COMBINED WITH WIND SPEED
OF 15 TO 25 MPH WILL PRODUCE WIND CHILL INDICES OF 35 TO 40
BELOW ZERO.
* IMPACTS...FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE A CERTAINTY IF
PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. ICY SURFACES WILL LEAD TO POOR
DRIVING CONDITIONS.

A WIND CHILL WARNING MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WIND
WILL PRODUCE DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILL VALUES.
A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY MEANS THAT SNOW AND A FLASH FREEZE WILL
CAUSE TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. USE CAUTION WHILE DRIVING AND REPORT
