The National Weather Service has issued the following alert:

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM EST THIS
AFTERNOON...
...WIND CHILL WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM THIS AFTERNOON
TO 10 AM EST WEDNESDAY...
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...UP TO 1 INCH.
* PRECIPITATION TIMING...MOST ACCUMULATIONS LIKELY TO OCCUR BEFORE
DAYBREAK...TAPERING OFF TO LIGHT SNOW SHORTLY THEREAFTER.
* TEMPERATURE TIMING...TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE UPPER TEENS TO
LOWER 20S BY DAYBREAK. A FLASH FREEZE OF WET SURFACES IS
ANTICIPATED.
* WIND CHILL...AS LOW AS 51 BELOW DUE TO TEMPERATURES 21 BELOW TO
17 ABOVE ZERO...AND WINDS WEST 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45
MPH. THE LOWEST WIND CHILL VALUES ARE EXPECTED TUESDAY MORNING.
* IMPACTS...FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE A CERTAINTY IF
PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. ICY SURFACES WILL LEAD TO POOR
DRIVING CONDITIONS.

WILL PRODUCE DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILL VALUES.
