The National Weather Service has issued the following alert:

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM EST THIS
AFTERNOON...
...WIND CHILL WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM THIS AFTERNOON
TO 10 AM EST WEDNESDAY...
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS AROUND 2 INCHES.
* PRECIPITATION TIMING...SNOW SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE
MORNING AND INCREASE IN INTENSITY BETWEEN 10 AM AND NOON WITH
THE PASSAGE OF THE ARCTIC FRONT
* TEMPERATURE TIMING...TEMPERATURES WILL RAPIDLY FALL INTO THE
SINGLE DIGITS WITH THE PASSAGE OF THE ARCTIC FRONT.
* WIND CHILL...AS LOW AS 50 BELOW DUE TO TEMPERATURES AROUND 20
BELOW TONIGHT...AND WINDS WEST 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45
MPH.
* IMPACTS...FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE A CERTAINTY IF
PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. ICY SURFACES WILL LEAD TO POOR
DRIVING CONDITIONS.

A WIND CHILL WARNING MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WIND
WILL PRODUCE DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILL VALUES.
A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY MEANS THAT SNOW AND A FLASH FREEZE WILL
