EVENING...
...WIND CHILL WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST
WEDNESDAY...
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS OF AROUND AN INCH
POSSIBLE AS SNOW TAPERS OFF QUICKLY TO FLURRIES LATE THIS
AFTERNOON. TOTAL ACCUMULATIONS OF 3 TO 5 INCHES WITH ISOLATED
LOCATIONS UP TO 6 INCHES.
* TEMPERATURES...FALLING THROUGH THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING TO LOWS
TONIGHT OF GENERALLY 10 TO 15 BELOW ZERO. HIGHS TUESDAY GENERALLY
5 BELOW TO 5 ABOVE. LOWS TUESDAY NIGHT 5 BELOW TO 2 ABOVE.
* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH. SOME
GUSTS ABOVE 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE TONIGHT IN THE RIDGES. THESE
WINDS WILL CAUSE AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.
* WIND CHILL...25 TO 40 BELOW TONIGHT WITH AS LOW AS 45 BELOW IN
THE RIDGES...20 TO 30 BELOW ON TUESDAY...AND 15 TO 25 BELOW
TUESDAY NIGHT.
* IMPACTS...FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE A CERTAINTY IF
PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.

WILL PRODUCE DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILL VALUES.
