WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY.
* TEMPERATURES...10 TO 15 BELOW ZERO BY DAYBREAK.
* WIND...WEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH ON THE HIGHEST
RIDGES THIS EVENING.
* WIND CHILL...35 TO 40 BELOW...TO 45 BELOW ON THE HIGHER RIDGES.
20 TO 30 BELOW TUESDAY. 15 TO 25 BELOW TUESDAY NIGHT.
* IMPACTS...FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE A CERTAINTY IF PRECAUTIONS
ARE NOT TAKEN.

A WIND CHILL WARNING MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WIND
WILL PRODUCE DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILL VALUES.
