THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PITTSBURGH HAS ISSUED A WIND
CHILL WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 1 PM
EST WEDNESDAY.
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...6 TO 8 INCHES IN THE
LOWER ELEVATIONS...AND 6 TO 10 INCHES IN THE RIDGES.
* SNOW BEGINNING...THIS MORNING.
* PERIOD OF MOST INTENSE SNOW...THIS MORNING THROUGH THE
AFTERNOON.
* SNOW ENDING...THIS EVENING.
* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED DUE TO
REDUCED VISIBILITY AND SNOW ACCUMULATION.
* WINDS...NORTH 5 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.
* WIND CHILL...AS LOW AS 37 BELOW DUE TO TEMPERATURES FALLING TO
16 BELOW TONIGHT...AND WINDS NORTHWEST 5 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS
UP TO 25 MPH.
* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED DUE TO
REDUCED VISIBILITY AND SNOW ACCUMULATION.
* IMPACTS...FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE POSSIBLE IF
