...WIND CHILL WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM EST
WEDNESDAY...
...WINTER STORM WARNING IS CANCELLED...
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PITTSBURGH HAS CANCELLED THE
WINTER STORM WARNING.
* SNOW ENDING...THIS EVENING.
* ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS...LESS THAN AN INCH.
* WINDS...NORTHWEST 5 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.
* WIND CHILL...AS LOW AS 29 BELOW DUE TO TEMPERATURES 10 BELOW TO
14 ABOVE ZERO...AND WINDS NORTHWEST 5 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO
25 MPH.
* IMPACTS...FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE POSSIBLE IF
PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN

A WIND CHILL WARNING MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WIND
WILL PRODUCE DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILL VALUES. THIS WILL RESULT
IN FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. DO
NOT VENTURE OUTDOORS UNLESS YOU ARE PROPERLY DRESSED FOR THE
