...WIND CHILL WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM EST THIS
AFTERNOON...
* WINDS...NORTHWEST 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 20 MPH.
* WIND CHILL...AS LOW AS 29 BELOW DUE TO TEMPERATURES 10 BELOW
TO 5 ABOVE ZERO...AND WINDS NORTHWEST 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS
UP TO 20 MPH.
* IMPACTS...FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE POSSIBLE IF
PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN

A WIND CHILL WARNING MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WIND
WILL PRODUCE DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILL VALUES. THIS WILL RESULT
