The National Weather Service has issued the following alert:

...VERY COLD WIND CHILLS TODAY THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING AND
ACCUMULATING SNOW FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY...
...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST FRIDAY...
...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT FRIDAY NIGHT
TO 6 PM EST SATURDAY...
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PITTSBURGH HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR FOR SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW...WHICH IS IN
EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT FRIDAY NIGHT TO 6 PM EST SATURDAY.
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 5 INCHES.
* TIMING...BEGINNING SHORTLY BEFORE SUNRISE WITH THE HEAVIEST SNOW
EXPECTED MID-MORNING THROUGH MID-AFTERNOON.
* WINDS...WEST 15 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.
* WIND CHILL...AS LOW AS 22 BELOW TONIGHT.
* IMPACTS...FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE POSSIBLE IF
PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN
* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED DUE TO SNOW
COVERED ROADS AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES FROM ACCUMULATING AND
BLOWING SNOW.

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WIND
WILL PRODUCE LOW WIND CHILL INDICES. THIS COULD RESULT IN FROST
