SATURDAY...
...WIND CHILL ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EST TODAY...
...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT
TONIGHT TO 6 PM EST SATURDAY...
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 5 INCHES.
* TIMING...BEGINNING SHORTLY BEFORE SUNRISE ON SATURDAY WITH THE HEAVIEST
SNOW EXPECTED MID-MORNING THROUGH MID-AFTERNOON.
* WIND...WEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.
* WIND CHILL...AS LOW AS 20 BELOW ZERO.
* IMPACTS...FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT
TAKEN
* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED DUE TO SNOW
COVERED ROADS AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES.

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WIND
WILL PRODUCE LOW WIND CHILL INDICES.
A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY MEANS THAT TRAVELING WILL BE INHIBITED
