The National Weather Service has issued the following alert:

...ACCUMULATING AND BLOWING SNOW THROUGH THE EVENING...
...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EST SUNDAY...
...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING
TO 11 AM EST SUNDAY...
* SNOW BEGINNING...BY DAYBREAK.
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 5 INCHES...WITH ISOLATED AMOUNTS UP TO
6 INCHES WHERE A MORE PERSISTENT SNOW BAND SETS UP SATURDAY
AFTERNOON AND EVENING. IN THE RIDGES...5 TO 7 INCHES.
* PERIOD OF MOST INTENSE SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW...THROUGH THIS
AFTERNOON.
* SNOW ENDING...SNOW WILL END IN MOST AREAS THIS EVENING...HOWEVER
A LONG NARROW BAND OF ACCUMULATING SNOW MAY PERSIST AND
ACCUMULATE FROM EASTERN OHIO INTO SOUTHWESTERN PENNSYLVANIA.
WHERE THIS BAND SETS UP WILL LIKELY SEE THE HIGHEST SNOW TOTALS.
* WIND...SOUTHWEST TURNING NORTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP
TO 35 MPH.
* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED DUE TO SNOW
COVERED ROADS. STRONG WIND WILL CAUSE BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF
SNOW...WITH VISIBILITY REDUCED BELOW ONE QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.
* TEMPERATURES...FALLING FROM THE 20S SATURDAY TO NEAR ZERO
SATURDAY NIGHT.
* WIND CHILL...AS LOW AS 22 BELOW SATURDAY NIGHT...AND WINDS WEST
10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.
* IMPACTS...FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE POSSIBLE IF
PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN
