TUESDAY MORNING...
...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS CANCELLED...
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PITTSBURGH HAS CANCELLED THE
WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY.
* SNOW ENDING...JUST A FEW FLURRIES REMAIN EARLY THIS MORNING WITH
NO ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATION EXPECTED UNTIL THE NEXT SYSTEM
ARRIVES LATER TODAY.
* WIND...WEST 10 TO 20 MPH THIS MORNING.
* TEMPERATURES...ZERO TO 10 ABOVE THIS MORNING.
* WIND CHILLS...AS LOW AS 10 BELOW THIS MORNING.
* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED DUE TO SNOW
COVERED ROADS. STRONG WIND WILL CAUSE BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF
SNOW...WITH VISIBILITY REDUCED BELOW ONE QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.
* WINDS...WEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH TUESDAY
MORNING.
* TEMPERATURES...10 TO 15 BELOW TUESDAY MORNING.
* WIND CHILL...AS LOW AS 32 BELOW TUESDAY MORNING.
* IMPACTS...FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE POSSIBLE IF
PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.
