THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING...
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 4 INCHES.
* TIMING...JUST BEFORE DAYBREAK THROUGH TOMORROW EVENING.
* TEMPERATURES...FALLING THROUGH THE TEENS MONDAY TO BELOW ZERO
MONDAY NIGHT.
* WIND CHILL...10 TO 15 BELOW ZERO MONDAY AFTERNOON AND
EVENING... THEN POSSIBLY AS LOW AS 30 -TOWARD DAYBREAK TUESDAY.
* WINDS...WEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.
* IMPACTS...FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE POSSIBLE IF
PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE
EXPECTED DUE TO SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW...FALLING TEMPERATURES
