...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT EST
TONIGHT...
...WIND CHILL WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO
1 PM EST TUESDAY...
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 4 INCHES.
* PERIOD OF HEAVIEST SNOW...THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON.
* SNOW ENDING...THIS EVENING.
* WINDS...NORTHWEST 10 TO 20 WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH.
* VISIBILITIES...BELOW ONE QUARTER OF A MILE AT TIMES. REDUCED
VISIBILITIES IN SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE
AFTERNOON.
* TEMPERATURES...FALLING TO AROUND 12 BELOW MONDAY NIGHT.
* WIND CHILL...FALLING BELOW 10 BELOW THIS AFTERNOON...AND AS
LOW AS 33 BELOW OVERNIGHT MONDAY NIGHT.
* IMPACTS...FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE POSSIBLE IF
PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE
EXPECTED DUE TO SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW...FALLING TEMPERATURES
AND STRONG WINDS.

A WIND CHILL WARNING MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WIND
WILL PRODUCE DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILL VALUES. THIS WILL RESULT
IN FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. DO
NOT VENTURE OUTDOORS UNLESS YOU ARE PROPERLY DRESSED FOR THE
CONDITIONS.
