The National Weather Service has issued the following alert:

...WIND CHILL WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EST WEDNESDAY...
* WINDS...WEST 5 TO 15 MPH.
* TEMPERATURES...IN THE SINGLE DIGITS THIS AFTERNOON...DROPPING TO
AROUND 10 BELOW TONIGHT.
* WIND CHILL...1O TO 20 BELOW THIS AFTERNOON...DROPPING TO 20 TO
30 BELOW TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY MORNING.
* IMPACTS...FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE POSSIBLE IF
PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.

A WIND CHILL WARNING MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WIND
WILL PRODUCE DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILL VALUES. THIS WILL RESULT
IN FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. DO
NOT VENTURE OUTDOORS UNLESS YOU ARE PROPERLY DRESSED FOR THE
CONDITIONS.
