The National Weather Service has issued the following alert:

...WIND CHILL WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EST
WEDNESDAY...
* WINDS...WEST 5 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 20 MPH WEDNESDAY
MORNING.
* TEMPERATURES...SINGLE DIGITS FALLING TO AROUND 10 BELOW LATE
TONIGHT.
* WIND CHILL...AROUND 10 BELOW THIS EVENING...FALLING TO 20 TO 30
BELOW LATE TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY MORNING.
* IMPACTS...FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE POSSIBLE IF
PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.

A WIND CHILL WARNING MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WIND
WILL PRODUCE DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILL VALUES. THIS WILL RESULT
IN FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. DO
NOT VENTURE OUTDOORS UNLESS YOU ARE PROPERLY DRESSED FOR THE
CONDITIONS.
