Winter Storm Warning issued February 04 at 7:25PM EST until February 05 at 1:00PM EST by NWS

The National Weather Service has issued the following alert:

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM EST
WEDNESDAY...
* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...AROUND ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH....LOCALLY UP TO
ONE HALF OF AN INCH WILL BE POSSIBLE IN GARRETT COUNTY...AS WELL
AS BETWEEN THE CHESTNET AND LAUREL RIDGES IN WESTMORELAND AND
FAYETTE COUNTIES.
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...GENERALLY 1 TO 2 INCHES...EXPECT 2 TO 4
INCHES FROM MUSKINGUM TO BEAVER COUNTIES.
* SNOW AND ICE BEGINNING...THIS EVENING.
* PERIOD OF MOST INTENSE SNOW AND ICE...10 PM TONIGHT TO 6 AM
WEDNESDAY.
* SNOW AND ICE ENDING...SNOW WILL TRANSITION TO MOSTLY FREEZING
RAIN AND SLEET OVERNIGHT...THEN LIKELY END AS PLAIN RAIN LATE
WEDNESDAY MORNING OR EARLY AFTERNOON.
* WINDS...NORTHEAST 5 TO 10 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.
* TEMPERATURES...IN THE LOWER 30S.
* IMPACTS...TREACHEROUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED DUE TO A
WINTRY MIX OF SNOW SLEET AND ICE. THE WEIGHT OF THE SNOW AND
ICE ACCUMULATIONS COULD KNOCK DOWN SOME TREE LIMBS AND POWER
LINES.
