Winter Weather Advisory issued October 31 at 8:32PM EDT until November 01 at 11:00AM EDT by NWS

The National Weather Service has issued the following alert:

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM EDT
THURSDAY...
* PRECIPITATION TYPE...SNOW AND FREEZING DRIZZLE.
* ACCUMULATIONS....2 TO 4 INCHES ABOVE 2500 FEET. A TRACE OF ICE.
* TIMING...SNOW OVERNIGHT INTO THURSDAY MORNING. FREEZING DRIZZLE
POSSIBLE OVERNIGHT.
* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED DUE TO
ADDITIONAL LIGHT SNOW OR ICE ACCUMULATION. EXISTING SNOW PACK
MAY STILL BRING DOWN ADDITIONAL TREE LIMBS...CAUSING POWER
OUTAGES. THE WEIGHT OF THE SNOW...MAY CAUSE STRUCTURAL
DAMAGE...INCLUDING COLLAPSING ROOFS.
* TEMPERATURES...IN THE LOWER 30S.
* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 20 MPH.
* VISIBILITIES...REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE-HALF MILE AT TIMES.
