The National Weather Service has issued the following alert:

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO
1 PM EST TUESDAY...
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PITTSBURGH HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW AND SLEET...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 7
PM THIS EVENING TO 1 PM EST TUESDAY.
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 4 INCHES.
* SNOW BEGINNING...9 PM TO MIDNIGHT...POSSIBLY AS A PERIOD OF
SLEET.
* PERIOD OF MOST INTENSE SNOW...FROM THE ONSET OF SNOW FOR A
DURATION OF ABOUT 3 TO 5 HOURS.
* SNOW ENDING...SNOW WILL TAPER TO AREAS OF DRIZZLE AND FREEZING
DRIZZLE FOR SEVERAL HOURS LATE MONDAY NIGHT.
* SNOW REDEVELOPS...SNOW WILL LIKELY REDEVELOP BEFORE THE MORNING
RUSH ON TUESDAY.
* SNOW ENDS A SECOND TIME...BY NOON TUESDAY.
* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED DUE TO
SNOW...SLEET AND ICE COVERED ROADS.
* WINDS...SOUTHEAST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH TURNING
SOUTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 50 MPH MONDAY
NIGHT...TAPERING TO 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 25 MPH TUESDAY.
