The National Weather Service has issued the following alert:

...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 10 AM EST
THURSDAY...
* WIND CHILL...10 TO 15 BELOW ZERO.
* TIMING...LATE TONIGHT AND THURSDAY MORNING.
* IMPACTS...FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE POSSIBLE IF
PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN
* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 10 TO 20 MPH.
* TEMPERATURES...SINGLE DIGITS.

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WIND
WILL PRODUCE LOW WIND CHILL INDICES. THIS COULD RESULT IN FROST
BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. IF YOU MUST
VENTURE OUTDOORS...MAKE SURE YOU DRESS PROPERLY.
