The National Weather Service has issued the following alert:

...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EDT
THURSDAY...
...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS CANCELLED...
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PITTSBURGH HAS CANCELLED THE
WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY.
* WINDS...NORTHWEST 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH.
* WIND CHILLS BETWEEN 15 AND 25 BELOW ZERO THURSDAY MORNING.
* IMPACTS...FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE POSSIBLE IF PRECAUTIONS
ARE NOT TAKEN. ADDITIONALLY...RAPIDLY FALLING TEMPERATURES MAY
RESULT IN SLICK ROAD CONDITIONS.

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WIND
WILL PRODUCE LOW WIND CHILL INDICES. THIS COULD RESULT IN FROST
BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. IF YOU MUST
