Wind Chill Advisory issued March 13 at 4:39AM EDT until March 13 at 12:00PM EDT by NWS

The National Weather Service has issued the following alert:

...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EDT TODAY...
* WINDS...NORTHWEST 15 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.
* WIND CHILLS BETWEEN -10 AND -15 THIS MORNING.
* IMPACTS...FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE POSSIBLE IF
PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. ADDITIONALLY...RAPIDLY FALLING
TEMPERATURES MAY RESULT IN SLICK ROAD CONDITIONS.

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WIND
WILL PRODUCE LOW WIND CHILL INDICES. THIS COULD RESULT IN FROST
BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. IF YOU MUST
