Winter Weather Advisory issued March 16 at 3:28AM EDT until March 17 at 2:00PM EDT by NWS

The National Weather Service has issued the following alert:

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 5 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO
2 PM EDT MONDAY...
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PITTSBURGH HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 5 PM THIS
AFTERNOON TO 2 PM EDT MONDAY. THE WINTER STORM WATCH IS NO LONGER
IN EFFECT.
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 3 INCHES IN NORTHERN PRESTON
COUNTY...AND 3 TO 5 INCHES ELSEWHERE.
* SNOW BEGINNING...AROUND 5 TO 7 PM SUNDAY.
* PERIOD OF MOST INTENSE SNOW...OVERNIGHT SUNDAY.
* SNOW ENDING...MIDDAY MONDAY.
* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED DUE TO SNOW
ACCUMULATION.
* WINDS...EAST 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 20 MPH.
* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED DUE TO SNOW
COVERED ROADS.

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW MEANS THAT SNOWFALL WILL CAUSE
TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR SNOW COVERED ROADS AND
LIMITED VISIBILITY. REPORT SNOW ACCUMULATION TO THE NATIONAL
