* SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH A SLOW MOVING COLD FRONT TODAY
AND TONIGHT WILL BRING AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO INCHES OF
RAIN...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE. SOME CREEKS AND
STREAMS ARE ALREADY RUNNING HIGH FROM PREVIOUS RAINS...AND MAY
QUICKLY LEAVE THEIR BANKS WITH ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.
YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION
SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
